Kirk and Sweeney 12 Year Rum

Molasses and caramel on the nose. Initial taste is sweet but quickly gives way to heat and a very potent chemical/alcoholic experience.

A very sweet rum without being too overpowering, soft upfront honey taste with that hint of oak; and the finish is a calming vanilla with a touch of cinnamon. It would go perfectly with warm apple pie.
