Kirkland Kentucky Small Batch Bourbon by Barton 1792

Vanilla, brown sugar and grassy nose, sugar cane palate, quick sweet finish

My nephew left this here a couple weeks ago. Full litre package. I don't care for Brown Foreman products as a rule because of the banana nose. This is a Barton product and the banana slaps you in the face overwhelming all other fragrances. As it opens, there is a touch of vanilla It drinks hotter than its 92 proof and leads with bitter-sweet banana. Don't much like this one and that banana ruins it in a Manhattan.

Banana bread… not much else going on.

Banana nose, muted bourbon notes, harsh on the back end with a medium finish. 1 liter for $20 though, good to have for parties and/or mixing but that's it.
