Knob Creek 12 Year Small Batch Bourbon

Oakey nose with a little carmael. Woody but smooth mouthfeel with hints of caramel and cherries and a hint of peppermint stick. Finish is woody but thick. Minty and a hint of maplely.

Aroma: honey, molasses and oak Flavor: sweet corn and honey up front with baking spice and molasses dominant. Finished with great beam peanut funk and oak. Overall: I was very pleased with how balanced and moderately complex this was. If you like beam and knob Creek you will like this
