Knob Creek 12 Year Small Batch Bourbon

Really smooth and fruity on the palate. Vanilla is the most prominent note on the nose. I didn’t get a lot of oak like the 9 year which is surprising. Overall a great pour and reasonable price.

After trying this for the second time I’m ready to say this may be my favorite bourbon of 2022. Flavor is perfectly balanced. I get spices chocolate oak and a slight leather on the end. Finish is medium to long. Nose has baking spices honey bananas and caramel. At the price point I got it at here I believe it to be one of the best values for a 12 year age stated product.
