Knob Creek 12 Year Small Batch Bourbon

Vanilla on the nose with vanilla, cherries, and spice on the tongue. Long finish with a full mouth feel. Great whiskey.

Mellow soft vanilla with a fair amount of spice

Oily mouthfeel and very smooth. Definitely opens up more to your typical KC flavors once you let it sit and breathe for a bit. If you want similar flavors in the Beam family, but something a little bolder, try Bakers 7 single barrel. I recommend KC 12 neat, but Bakers7 is good neat, but I find it to make a quality old fashioned with its bold flavors.
