Knob Creek 12 Year Small Batch Bourbon

Second bottle of this. First pour was underwhelming. Let it sit for a week or two and man did those oak, vanilla and caramel notes come out. Drank neat. Finish was proof appropriate. Can't beat a 12 yr for $60

Butterscotch heavy, with a nice clean oak undertone. Great neat

Definite vanilla and caramel with some spice on the nose. It follows through on the palate as well with a sweet vanilla and caramel on the front end and finishes spicy with a hint of smokiness. An absolute great pour and I’ll grab as many bottles of this flavorful bourbon as I can. I can’t possibly see how anyone will not love this 12 year.

Oak and sweet on the nose with a hint of caramelized sugar. Palate is brown sugar and vanilla with a little oak. Finish is just the right length.
