Knob Creek 9 Year Small Batch Bourbon

Caramel and smoky oak nose. Sweet vanilla oak palate. Better than I expected. Not sure what many others claim to be too much heat or spice…pretty smooth with just a bit of spice.

Very strong, almost burning on the nose. Smooth taste was not expected based on nose. Strong chocolate, tobacco, and cinnamon on the palate. Finish lingers and is very tasty. Great value!
