Tasting Notes
"Darker and richer than their first Sam Houston release, batch 2 offers notes of cherrywood, leather, star anise, and vanilla. Although it's sweet up front, a warming finish lingers with a hint of cinnamon. This bourbon is complex with spice notes and depth of flavor, revealing more layers with every sip."
