Knob Creek Small Batch Bourbon (NAS)

Meh

Has very pleasant caramel nasal that hits the nose with delight. Spicy on the front end with a sweet after taste. Woody and peppery for the main taste. Pairs very well with a cigar.

Really full, like mine with ice and watered anyway however.

My favorite all-around everyday bourbon. Bold but smooth flavor, available, and reasonably priced. Very good sipper but not so crazy expensive that you feel like its a waste to mix in cocktails. Makes a great mint julep. Also my go-to for calling a brand of bourbon in a bar.
