Knob Creek Small Batch Bourbon (NAS)

Not a fan. Light body with low viscosity. Nose of vanilla and bananas. Strong vanilla. Taste is where this falls short. Very rubbing alcohol and burn. Overpowers all other flavors. Maybe hints of baking spice and vanilla. Very oak and woody. Just tastes like rubbing alcohol.

Burnt sugar and vanilla with some heavy heat. Not the smoothest 100 proof bourbon I've had. Excellent for bourbon cocktails.
