Knob Creek Small Batch Bourbon (NAS)

Even with the addition of water I feel like I'm missing whatmost people call a complex flavor profile. I get the leather and the sugar in the front but it is quickly washed out by heat, heat that seems more prevelant than even in higher proof bourbons

Had this in Tucson this week over ice. Perfect flavor.
