Knob Creek Small Batch Bourbon (NAS)

On the nose, maple and toasted oak with a touch of cinnamon, apple and grain. Maple and brown sugar on the palate. Medium body. Medium-length finish with apple, cinnamon, and some other spices.

Heavy wood and noticeable heat. Medium finish, but having a hard time finding the other flavors

Sweet on the nose leads with brown sugar. Taste is delicious. You definitely taste the corn and oak. Finish is nice and spicy. Hangs around a bit but not too long. This could be an excellent every day bourbon.
