Knob Creek Quarter Oak

Sweet nose, spicy cinnamon and clove, on the initial taste , but smooth and refined.

a good solid bourbon. slight oak on entry, good vanilla sweetness on finish. couple drops of water tames the oak & levels out sweet tones

Hints of floral with vanilla. Burn is classic KC. Oak is strong with the aftertaste.

Nose is weak but sweet and peanuts pallet is spicy heat comes in sharp but doesn’t stay into the finish kind of average bourbon all the way around. Expected more but not bad.
