Knob Creek Single Barrel Select Rye

Va ABC barrel pick. Sweet but spicy due to the rye and 115 proof. Bery good.

Local Total Wine pick. Marshmallow topping is heavy and present throughout even to the aftertaste, fresh grassy rye, creamed corn, honeycrisp apple, charred/grilled taste, big brand maple syrup, nutty, breadlike, pulverized sweet basil, turbinado sugar, subtle fruity light roast coffee, a little lemon zest to pinch it off. Interesting barrel pick, a respectable variation but not enough to mainline.

I've liked this one for a while pretty solid rye and as always had it neat

115 proof Nose: marshmellow, sweet iak and rye spice Palette: sweet and smooth, not the typical bite from KC. Subtle oregano that is sweet more than spicy. Yummy

Neat: UBADS barrel pick. Leather, vanilla, oak, fruity, spicy. Very good
