Knob Creek Single Barrel

Single barrel select from AppleJack’s wine and spirits. Very smooth. Tip hits with some caramel and nuttiness. Finishes with a slight peppermint taste, it kind of cleanses the palate on its own. Incredibly tasty, may have to pick up a 2nd bottle.
