Knob Creek Smoked Maple

Good foray in to a flavour boubon. I newd a 12-year but my bank account aka wofe saod nk, so i went with this kne and dont regret otnon the least.

Light smoke taste with sweet, smooth finish. Very enjoyable with a splash of water.

Very syrupy

Smokey in the begging, maple in the backend

Nose: smells like pancakes Palate: tastes like maple syrup. Finish: just maple syrup all around. Water?: didn’t need to add any water to know I don’t like it.

This is best served over pancakes and not in a whiskey glass.
