This one is interesting. The nose is the star of the show with Vanilla frosting, creme brulee and sweet oak. The palate is spicy oak and black pepper with a medium to long finish. I think the MSRP on this is around $80, I paid $150. Definitely would not pay over $80 in the future

Dark caramel, cherry cola, burnt brown sugar, leather and oak. Thick and oily mouthfeel. The ONLY thing keeping this from a perfect score is the mildly tannic finish. 4.75/5 for me! 😎

This is a phenomenal pour. Definitely in my top 10 all time, I would stand this up against Rip Van Winkle 10 year. (I havent had the 15) They are very similar. Nose: when you 1st pour it, you get cherries and a really nice oak. If you let it open up for 10-15 mins, you get like a vanilla poundcake and buttercream that comes on top of the cherry and oak Palate: for me, its very basic, but awesome. Oak and dry fruit. Very pleasant! Finish: probably one of the best finishes I’ve experienced. It is a LONG warm oak hug that isn’t too spicy. It HANGS OUT, and its amazing. TLDR; absolutely worth MSRP of $149, I would not pay more. VERY sinialr to Pappy 10. 😎

This is a near perfect pour and its only $37.99! The nose has all your perfect traditional bourbon notes like vanilla frosting and caramel drizzle. The palate is amazing; nice oak presence with brown sugar and cinnamon. The finish is much longer than expected. This is awesome! I have a back up bottle ready to go!

Such a good, classic bourbon. The nose has your traditional vanilla and caramel with hints of buttercream coming through. Palate is mild oak with a creamy mouthfeel, cant beat it for sub $40!

I just cracked this 2025-2026 Batch and its even BETTER than last year. This is hands down the BEST bourbon you can buy for under $200. (MSRP $115) Nose: RICH Vanilla frosting, Chocolate cake and oak Palate: cocoa, oak and fudge Finsih: long warm wirh cocoa powder

Another solid batch from Rare Character! Nose is classic vanilla, caramel and graham cracker with citrus notes. The palate is medium bodied with oak and cinnamon. Its a good pour! $100 MSRP

The nose on this is probably the best dessert nose youll ever find. Layers of chocolate fudge brownie, on the palate you get a nice toasted oak with chocolate and a hint of herbal spices. If the proof was a tad higher and the finish a tad longer, this would be a 5! Definitely worth the $199 price tag.

This is a great bottle! Full of green apple, honey and cinnamon. Bright fruits and light oak on the palate with a medium to long finish. Orange creamsicle after it sits for a while! Awesome buy at $45!
