Knob Creek Smoked Maple

Fantastic for something different, especially if you have a sweet tooth. Much less cloying than Jim Beam Maple. Higher proof also helps give this whiskey more oomph. Don't write it off. If you don't like it neat, would surely liven up a cocktail.

Very nice dessert-y sweetness to this one. The sweetness suggests the proof is much lower than it actually is, so it feels smooth for 90.
