Kopper Kettle is a "Virginia Whiskey," registered and trademarked by Belmont Farm Distillery. The grain used in the whiskey is grown on the farm; though the exact mixture of corn, wheat, and barley used in the whiskey is kept secret. The whiskey is twice distilled using an antique copper pot still. Oak and apple wood chips are left to soak in the whiskey before it is aged in barrels for 4 years.
