KUJIRA 8 Year Ryukyu Whisky

Pretty understated with mild sweetness. I expected a bit more but enjoyable nonetheless.

Very smooth and drinkable. Balanced.

Toffee, Vanilla, Jasmine, Sweet, Oak, Pear, Brine, Caramel, Fruit

Bleh. Mellow but boring.

Toffee and sweet jasmine notes. Finishes spicy with vanilla

No Age Statement (3+ Years?): Beautiful caramel and burnt sugar throughout, with constant salty brine underneath. Fruit, apple, pear. The depth and array of flavor are both on point, would search this out for sure.
