La Puerta Negra Blanco, distilled from 100% blue weber agave, is produced at Corporativo Destileria Santa Lucia in the Los Altos (Highlands) region of Jalisco, Mexico. The piñas are cooked in stainless steel ovens and its juices are extracted using a roller. Double distilled in stainless steel stills, this blanco tequila is bottled unaged at 40% ABV.
Tequila BlancoDistilled from 100% blue Weber agave, it is typically unaged , clear, and bottled straight after distillation. Sometimes rested in stainless steel up to 60 days and can also be aged in wood for no more than 30 days.
