Lafcadio Botanical Rum is the second product in the Liba Spirits portfolio which was founded by Devon Trevathan and Colton Weinstein. It's a nomadic distilling company which means they partner with distilleries around the world to make their products. For Lafcadio Botanical Rum, they worked with Porchjam Distillery in New Orleans.
It's distilled using Louisiana molasses and the botanicals here are bay leaf, orange peel, cardamom, white pepper and cherry bark. A very small amount of sugar is added post-distillation before bottling. .
