Single MaltDistilled in pot stills from 100% malted barley, produced at one distillery, aged in barrels; if Scotch or Irish, must be aged for at least three years.
Tasting Notes
"Herbal peat and decaying veggies on the nose, with a touch of wood smoke, rubber and plastic. There’s a hint of peach and nectarine, as well as underripe banana. The palate is oily! A hit of rubber, smoked meat and peat, along with a pronounced sweetness. Marshmallows and sweet berries. Also a spicy touch. Overall lovely balanced and with a nice complexity."
