Lagavulin Distillers Edition

No point drinking anything else....it is that good! Ok...maybe try something else but honestly the balance is superb. The smoke and peat are not overpowering and there is sweetness in the form of red fleshy fruits, plum, cherry...along with figs. So complex yet so simple and easy to drink. Even if you think you don't like peated/smoky malts you will be pleasantly surprised. Marvelous!!!

Heaven in a bottle

My favorite Single Malt scotch. Love the peet of the 16, but this bottle is just a little more mellowed without sacrificing the flavors; has a smoother finish.
