Tasting Notes
"Youthful nose with apple skins and pears with a touch of vanilla. Spicy wood aromas hit your senses as does a fair amount of alcohol burn. The palate is first sweet then spicy before finishing on a dried cherry note. The finish is bitter with a woody quality."
