Burnt, and also very clean

Very Smokey and very strong flavour!

I liked this so much more than the Talisker Storm. Heavy smoke, iodine, chemical fire smell on the nose but then it opens up to something smooth and pleasant once sipped. After letting the glass breathe for a bit it the worst harshness of the nose dissipates and it simply becomes an easy drinking scotch.

Peat obviously, strong iodine flavor and mild sea weed. I really enjoyed this. As good, if not better than bowmore 12.
