Tasting Notes
"Salted caramel strikes first on the nose, along with briny seaweed, iodine, vanilla custard, and pumpernickel bread. The palate veers strongly in the seashell and iodine direction, also showcasing black pepper, shoe polish, and tannic oak, with dates, raisins, and some tropical fruits and cream lurking in the background. A long, fuzzy-warming finish will make you simply close your eyes, sit back, and enjoy."
