Tasting Notes

"A mix of tar, grass, smoke, oranges, cooked pears, and toasted barley is found on the nose. The peat smoke envelops the whisky as you sip. The finish ends on a more bitter, earthy note. The whisky has a nice bite to it as is. With water, you can bring out a meaty note as well. Definitely more of a savory dram. "
