This is a rye is distilled from a mash bill of locally-grown non-GMO grains including corn grown at the distiller's own farm. Toasted malted barley is also used in addition to the primary rye grain (55% rye, 30% corn, 15% toasted malted barley).
It is distilled to 137 proof on a copper pot still with a 110 barrel entry proof. It is matured according to bottled-in-bond standards in new, charred American oak barrels with a #4 char for at least 7 years, and is bottled at 100 proof.

RyeUnlike bourbon, rye whiskey can be made anywhere in the world. But if made in the US, the mash bill recipe must be at least 51% rye and it must be aged in new, charred oak barrels with no age requirement. Elsewhere, the rye whiskey will be made keeping the country of origin's rules regarding the recipe and minimum aging.
