This expression is made from a mash bill of locally grown, non-GMO 70% corn, 15% rye, and 15% malted barley with a light toast. It is mashed, pot-distilled, fermented, and aged (with a 110 proof barrel entry) at Leiper's Fork Distillery under bottled-in-bond standards.
It is matured at least 5 years and bottled non chill-filtered at 100 proof. .
