Lemon Hart 151 Rum

Ethanol on the nose, ethanol on the palatte and some caramel notes after. Kinda can sense some caramel before but this is just straight fire. Great in drinks but not a sipping rum.

Makes the greatest Allspice dram you will ever have

The nose is the most impressive thing here, which to me is straight up caramel latte. There's a sweet, carmel coffee thing to the point where you could fool me into thinking it's a coffee liqueur. But the tail is a bit harsh, and very hot.

Rich thick molasses. Body has dry chocolate bitterness.

Caramel on the nose. Leather and caramel taste. Hot but not as much alcohol fire as I thought there would be.
