Leopold Bros. Straight Bourbon
Leopold Bros. Straight Bourbon was first released in 2017. It is made from a mash bill of 64% corn, 17% malted barley, 15% rye, and the remainder made with brewers' malts such as chocolate malt.
The mash was fermented in an open wooden tank and the bourbon was twice-distilled. Aged for 33 months in new char #3 American white oak. Bottled unfiltered at 90 proof.
