Tasting Notes

"The nose is clean and crisp with intimations of cane and citrus. A little fruity guava tantalizes on the palate where it's supported by deeper, sweeter cane components and some alcoholic heat. There's more delicacy and less funky cane than in a traditional agricole, but a family resemblance remains. Restrained but appealing, it wears it slightly higher proof well."
