This is an additive free tequila made from estate grown 100% blue Weber agave from the Tequila Valley (Los Valles). The agave is cooked in stone ovens, extracted by Tahona, and fermented in a combination of cement and wooden tanks.
It is twice distilled in copper pot stills and bottled at 80 proof. .

Tequila BlancoDistilled from 100% blue Weber agave, it is typically unaged , clear, and bottled straight after distillation. Sometimes rested in stainless steel up to 60 days and can also be aged in wood for no more than 30 days.
