Tasting Notes
"Pale straw in color, and only bottled at 41.1% which for a cask strength is quite low but not once you know the age of the whisky. Soft cinnamon with a little vanilla on the nose this dram develops a little slowly. Doesn't seem to be over-complicated, but it is quite a sipper. Finishes long and sweet with a bit of toffee and slight salinity."
