Los Dos Tequila Blanco
This is an additive free 100% blue Weber tequila produced by the Vivanco family in Southern Los Altos, Jalisco. The agave is cooked in stone ovens, crushed by roller mill, and fermented without fibers in open air stainless steel tanks with Champagne yeast while classical music plays.
It is twice distilled on copper pot stills and rested in stainless steel tanks before bottling at 80 proof. .
