Corn
Lovell Bros. // Georgia, USA
Distilled in the town of Mt. Airy, Georgia, population 1,281, this whiskey recreates a 150 year-old family whiskey recipe.
They use old Jack Daniel's barrels, Hickory Cane Corn and water from the Blue Ridge Mountains drawn from a spring on the family property. The result is a classic corn whiskey that pays tribute to the previous generations of legal and not-so-legal distillers from the area.

Tasting Notes
"The nose is grain forward, with just a light oakiness from the used Jack Daniel's barrels. On the palate, this is the kind of whiskey that has a certain chewiness to it. Cornbread, cereal grains, white pepper and just a hint of cane syrup make quite a savory corn whiskey. The oak begins to come forward in the middle of the palate, and lingers into the finish with a pleasant oak and grilled corn-on-the-cob ending. "
