Tasting Notes
"The nose is grain forward, with just a light oakiness from the used Jack Daniel's barrels. On the palate, this is the kind of whiskey that has a certain chewiness to it. Cornbread, cereal grains, white pepper and just a hint of cane syrup make quite a savory corn whiskey. The oak begins to come forward in the middle of the palate, and lingers into the finish with a pleasant oak and grilled corn-on-the-cob ending. "
