Tasting Notes
"Sea spray and salty aged cheese a la pecorino romano lead on the nose, along with fresh sprigs of thyme, dried oregano, and yellow tomatoes. The palate is herbaceous, savory, and dry, with saline-tinged sherry showing through, acidic tomato juice, and notes of lavender and orange blossoms. More of a botanic-tinged sherry than a traditional vermouth."
