This is the first ever commercially available pechuga style tequila. It uses uses Maestro Dobel’s double-distilled Silver tequila—from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in the Jalisco lowlands—as a base.
There is then a third distillation during which the pechuga mix is placed at the top of the still to infuse the tequila vapors with the aromatics of fruits, spices and turkey breast. It is bottled at 40% ABV and available as of September, 2021.

Tequila BlancoDistilled from 100% blue Weber agave, it is typically unaged , clear, and bottled straight after distillation. Sometimes rested in stainless steel up to 60 days and can also be aged in wood for no more than 30 days.
