Maestro Dobel Reposado Tequila

Cooked agave, vanilla, light oak, medium heat, smooth spicy finish

Solid but slightly thin. Honey and vegetables with a bit of lime soda on the back end.

Very smooth for a Christmas Eve shot. Nice gift.

I find this pour hard to describe. It’s smooth with subtle flavors too nuanced for my tasting abilities. I don’t find it to have that classic tequila flavor which makes it a bit unique and good for my taste. It’s not overtly sweet, fruity, floral or earthy to me. Easy drinking but nothing special.
