Nose- freshly varnished wood with an astringent feel
Body- thick and oily with a touch of salt and butter, reminds me of toffee
Finish- most interesting part of this pour, there is a sweet grassiness that reminds me of chewing on straw as a boy, I really like that
Note- this is definitely more rich than regular makers and I think the salty oily body comes from the roasted staves, very interesting birthday president from Brother Craig.
