Manoir d'Apreval Calvados Cuvée Gustave starts as an apple cider that has been fermented for up to 10 months. The cider is then double-distilled in pot stills and aged in oak barrels. This brandy is made up of different Calvados that have spent varying amounts of time in oak barrels, though all have been aged for at least 40 years.
