Maple Leaf Spirits Cherry Liqueur

Number 2 of the 5 bottles of Maple Leaf Spirits that I ordered last Christmas time. Nose: Sour cherry, red grape, hint of lemon peel. Palate: Syrupy and delicious. Pure cherry flavour with a bit of bite at the end. Finish: Brief but leaves you with the taste of cherry pie. It's not groundbreaking but it's the best cherry liqueur I've tried to date. Mixed with some soda water and lemon, you've got one hell of a refreshing summer cocktail. Wish they sold a bigger bottle!
