Marie Brizard Triple Sec
Marie Brizard // France
Marie Brizard Triple Sec is a clear orange liqueur made by the French liqueur company founded in 1755. It is made from the dried bitter orange peel from Haiti and sweet orange zest from Spain. The ABV for this varies for this product depending on country with some getting the 23% ABV and other receiving one at 39% ABV.
Triple Sec/CuraçaoBoth triple sec and curaçao are orange flavored liqueurs. Triple sec is clear typically made with a neutral grain base. Curaçao is generally orange or blue and historically has a brandy base. Curaçao is often also flavored with additional spices, but does not have to originate in the isle. Generally the higher the ABV for both, the better the quality.
