Martingale Cognac Batch 0001 is the debut release from the Martingale Cognac brand, launched in the United States in October 2023. It is produced by the Thomas family, fourth generation Cognac producers who have supplied eaux de vie to other Cognac houses for over a century.
The blend draws from the Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne, Fins Bois, and Borderies crus, and is produced without additives such as boisé. It is bottled at 80 proof.
