This amber colored Vermouth di Torino (hence the name Ambrato) is made in part with wines sourced from Piemonte as well as some Moscato d'Asti DOCG wines.
As for the botanicals, three different types of wormwood -- absinthium, pontica, and vulgaris -- are used as well as Ecuadorian yellow cinchona, Roman chamomile, and Chinese rhubarb.
