Mataroa

At the nose the mastic dominates your senses. At the palette mostly coriander and mastic. Light body and length. Not great complexity either. It's smooth thought to drink it straight or with one ice cube. Very good effort from my fellow countrymen. Cheers!

A ridiculous smooth gin! Love the flavor profile of the botanicals; the mastic is definitely one of my favorites. We had almost the whole bottle just sipping it on ice. I wish it had more complexity as it is too delicate but, that is not a big issue either.

Sweet and smooth, without a long aftertaste sadly...
