Mathilde Framboise Liqueur
Mathilde Framboise Liqueur is made with three types of raspberries: Lloyd George from Scotland and Rose de Plombières and Violette de Boux, both from Burgundy. These raspberries are pressed and infused in alcohol for a time. Then the berry spirit passes through a sieve before sugar and water is added.
No preservatives or stabilizers are added. Bottled at 18% ABV. .
