McFarlane's Reserve

A delicate, Kentucky Straight Bourbon made by adding wheat to the traditional mash bill of corn & barley; along with Kentucky limestone filtered water. It is aged for 3 years in American oak barrels. It has an aromatic birth with notes of fruits, grains, wood & spices; while a delicate life adds notes of apple, ripe cherry, cinnamon, brown sugar, maple & chocolate; that led to a rich death of medium length with notes of oak, corn & vanilla custard. Big vanilla notes on the front end and a nice bite at the end. Really cool story on the back label sbput the Whiskey Rebellion in 1794 where the name came from
