Produced at the Isle of Wight Distillery, the first and only distillery on the Isle of Wight off the southern coast of England, Mermaid Gin is a small batch London Dry Gin made with ten botanicals. Three are locally foraged: rock samphire from the island's shoreline, elderflower from local fields, and Boadicea hops from Ventnor Botanic Gardens. Additional botanicals include organic lemon zest, grains of paradise, coriander, angelica root, liquorice root, juniper, and orris root.
Bottled at 82 proof, it became available in the US beginning February 2023. (SRP $34.99) .
